How To Get Verified

Ensuring that we keep the Upthinity community safe and secure and are in compliance with regulation is important to us. That’s why, we process KYC. This helps to ensure there are no bad actors within our community. 

All your information is kept confidential and safe as we do not share your information with any third party accept our KYC partners.

To get verified, follow the steps below:

Selfie Verification:

Upload a clear picture of your face and your ID card below your face like the example below. Make sure that your face is clear and the text on your ID card is clear enough to see your name.

• No blurry pictures
• No sunglasses
• No half cropped pictures

If we cant see the image clearly, we may temporarily pause your profile so that you can try again.

ID Card Verification:

1. You’ll be asked to upload the front side of your ID card like the example below. Make sure that all 4 edges of the ID card are shown and the text is clear. 

2. Lastly, you can upload the back of your ID card like the example below. Ensure that all 4 edges of the ID card are shown and the text is clear. After this, you’re all set!
